Understanding Draft Entries
Draft entries allow you to create as many signing drafts as they’d like. You can come and go between draft entries and continuing editing them until they are finalized as a saved entry. Drafts can be deleted by performing a long press on the entry from the home page. Once a draft is completed and saved, it can no longer be deleted. Once a draft is completed and saved, it is time stamped with the time the draft is finalized, not the time the draft was originally created. This allows a notary to maintain a sequential notary journal and still have an option to create drafts
All new entries begin as a draft. Drafts can be returned to at any time.
Progress is saved in real-time. Click the “x” in the top left of the screen to leave a draft entry and return to the home page
